Login

Sign in to Rune using your email and password, or SSO if your organization has configured it.

Password Login

Signing In

  1. Open your Rune instance in your browser
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In

Login Form

You’ll be redirected to your dashboard.

Common Issues

Invalid Credentials

If you see “Invalid credentials”:

  • Check that your email is spelled correctly
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off (passwords are case-sensitive)
  • Verify you’re on the correct Rune instance

If you’ve forgotten your password, contact your admin.

Account Uses SSO

If you see “This account uses SSO”:

Your account was created through your company’s identity provider. You cannot use password login. Use the Sign in with SSO button instead.

Account Deactivated

If your account has been deactivated, contact your admin to restore access.

SSO Login

If your organization uses SSO:

  1. Click Sign in with SSO on the login page
  2. You’ll be redirected to your company’s login page
  3. Sign in with your company credentials
  4. You’ll be redirected back to Rune

On your first SSO login, your account is created automatically.

Session Duration

You’ll stay signed in until:

  • You click Sign Out
  • Your session expires after a period of inactivity
  • Your admin deactivates your account
  • You change your password (signs you out everywhere)
